in more experiments i've been doing in order to manage my neurodivergence in natural ways only i've discovered that:

- a standing desk
- walking pad
- all apps apart from strictly necessary closed
- a bouncing ball for when brainstorming
- 2 drinks available on each side
- no phone
- music depends on the task at hand
- notifications off on everything

has helped me achieve at times an entire hour and a half of absolute concentration (provided all the requirements above are met)
