Movie buff. Somewhat funny, sometimes. I hate ketchup. Ana De Armas is my future wife, unbeknownst to her. If you think I give bad takes, you're probably right
@Flynt I do think, however, often the dynasty teams that I see completely fall off a cliff and become a dumpster fire for years on end skew a lot more towards owners who regularly hold onto assets for too long.
I saw a recent dynasty post on my TL asking about players ppl wish they could sell at their current value but can’t find a trade; interestingly enough majority of responses were aging guys like CMC, Adams, Diggs, etc…tells me ppl wait too long to trade away top assets…
@Flynt There’s no ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ way to play dynasty imo, I agree. I fully admit I play with the mindset of trying to ‘maximize roster value’ over everything. Doing so certainly has sometimes caused me to jump off a player too early at times. So I don’t think my way is ‘right’
@Flynt Only making an observation. I’m not stating it’s wrong to hold onto these players. The point is that if you want to trade studs at max value you have to be willing to risk potentially losing an extra 1-2 seasons of ‘peak’ production while that player is universally wanted
@FFAaroneous One of my all time favorite shows that most people never watched / heard of is Rectify. A bit of a slow burn, but if you don’t mind a slower build up drama, it’s all around excellent. Can’t recommend it enough for people who enjoy great indie film dramas looking for a tv series.
Just imagine, Sixers could’ve been set for years in the backcourt with Haliburton and Maxey, but instead y’all wanted bitch ass Harden smh. You knew all along how that would go…
