Our family has been order @dominos pizza every Friday for at least a year. But today they lost us as a customer. I ordered one pizza through the app. It said 26-36 mins for delivery. One hour and 10 mins later it still hadn’t come.

I canceled the order and got a refund on my pizza, but at no point did I receive an apology, any attempt at customer service, or any indication that this @dominos store cares about its customers.
