@BULLReturns Having followed you for 5 yrs I can say hands down you guys have the best calls. It took me 3 years to accept your approach to markets is way more profitable than any others out there. And interestingly Ive become a lot more successful since using your approach for myself
@costanzakapital Any thoughts on solar ownership over the long term? I get the slightly mad impression solar panel owners may one day be charged to feed their extra energy back into the grid to protect the energy companies from not being able to turn a profit.
@ThrillTrades I'm enjoying the fact this great historical post only has 3 likes. Excited to see how well the overnight moves correlate to the MAr 20 time highlighted here.
@costanzakapital Quantas thrives for all the reasons I hate it, so Iβm not willing to bet against it. But I agree in any other country it would go to zero
@milionerxd@EagleEyesCap Hi Rich, I think you asked a very valid question. I too was confused.
Given the price action since the statement was made, the only value you could generate from reading the tweet would be if you faded it.
@costanzakapital Iran closing the Strait of Hormuz is the bigger worry as that would mess with Oil prices.
That said...... theres nothing in Oil price action to suggest those in the know think this will happen
@ThrillTrades I have no skin the crypto game, but just saw an opposing argument about H&S for BTC mostly being fake breakdowns

Hi @McClellanOsc , would you be able to provide any guidance on how I can measure whether KSA (Saudi Arabia) is a reliable forward indicator for WTI Crude Oil. From eye balling it, it seems to lead by 8 weeks for major turns.
@adamtaggart 90% of the value of a house is the land it sits on. (e.g. build the same house in New York vs Missouri and the land they sit on is why they are different prices). The important factor is therefore where land prices are in the 18.6 year land cycle.
@GRomePow@FinanceLancelot Houses are depreciating assets, which is why you write them down on balance sheets each year and constantly pay to repair them. The only thing that increases in value is the land (which is the bit that no one improves or changes). So land prices matter more than house prices IMO.
@Guv999 2025/26 would be a normal ending for this real estate (land) cycle, but the war on carbon seems to be driving inflation harder than normal and thus yields may also rise faster and bring forward the top in the land cycle and credit markets by circa 12 months.
