@HMRCcustomers I have spoken to them and they are telling me I can't have it until 2nd instalment of redundancy is paid at end of Aug, I need it as I am entitled to it and will obviously need it for new employment when I find it.

@HMRCgovuk can you help me please, I was made redundant and my employer requested to pay my redundancy in 2 instalments, I had my final pay but one redundancy instalment is still due, can my p45 be provided before the other instalment is paid as redundancy is not taxable?

@HMRCcustomers Hi, leaving date should be processed as the 2nd July 2024 therefore surely I'm entitled to my p45 by now? regardless of them still owing me half of my redundancy pay it is well under £30,000.

@HMRCcustomers Hi, my last actual pay was received end of July along with half of my redundancy pay, the other half of redundancy is being paid end of August. I didn't think redundancy had to be included on p45 as not taxable?
