I've seen my own teams change the way they operate over the past 2 years. If I extrapolate that with all the customer conversations I have, the question I've started posing to eng leaders is "what changes when your dev tooling has a scheduler, memory, and subagents"

At least for us the answers have not just been about writing code, it's equally been things around that - oncall checks, refactors you keep putting off, managing your standups and priorities.

For me personally, I am experimting with using the board and tag functionality in Kiro Crew as a to do list and letting my crews churn through things in the background. And my way is not sophisticated at all.

One of Pakistan’s finest directors Mehreen Jabbar has said that the reason Pakistani content wasn’t coming on OTT platforms like Netflix and Amazon wasn’t because Pakistani content wasn’t good but because decisions on programming were being made on politics

Netflix’s regional headquarters and those of Amazon Prime are both based in India and that seems to be the primary reason for the distinct lack of Pakistani content on these platforms

In fact, if one looks at some of the Indian content in these streaming platforms and compares it with what’s coming out in Pakistan its clearly evident that the latter is often superior - better stories, solid acting and far better soundtracks and visuals.

Dramas shown by leading entertainment channeled in Pakistan like ARY Digital, Geo Entertainment and Hum Entertainment for instance regularly have millions of views on YouTube for every episode - this means a series of 20-30 episodes will often have several hundred million views on YouTube alone - the YouTube channels of each of these entertainment networks each have tens of millions of subscribers

So there is clearly a market and an appetite for such content in Pakistan and among its vast diaspora - that would also mean that such content would and should make commercial sense for the streaming platforms to carry such content
