@etihad @EtihadPremium Flying EY78 now with 10+ empty business class seats but unable to upgrade with vouchers I’ve received from Etihad Guest. #EtihadGuest has either become another useless frequent flyer program or your flight operations team needs an upgrade of how to plan.

@OfficialADCB What’s the use of #EtihadGuest upgrade vouchers with your co-branded card spenders when there’s no way to use them? Flight I am on has 4 empty business seats but still couldn’t use my voucher - not even last minute. Card has lost it! Fix it or lose loyal customers

It’s annoying as it allows you to write your heart out but gives error on submission. Seems like you only accept short messages there. Had to redo the entire form 5 times due to the error
