@AerLingus I rang my bank twice and they said it was put on hold on your side not theirs and they gave me a reference number for you to cancel it which I gave to a manager in your call center on Thursday morning and still nothing back.

@AerLingus another weekend gone with €620 pending in my bank account and still no one has helped me. Tried to call yet again this morning but a 20 minute wait can’t be done when I’ve to go to work. Car insurance over due too because you have my money why has no one helped me yet

@alikavanagh1 @AerLingus They @aerlingus did this to me, they actually forced through a payment. After nearly 5 weeks of chasing them they have finally said they will repay the non-authorised credit card payment that they took!!! I l let you know next week if they do actually repay the money they stole!

.@AerLingus I contacted my bank and they clarified that this is an error on your part. I need someone to get in touch with me ASAP as this is beyond a joke and now coming into the weekend I will be out of pocket for the 6th day in a row.

.@AerLingus absolutely disgraceful that when I purchase flights to Vancouver, you decide to take the payment twice. After contacting you 4 times (on hold 20 mins each time) and after filling out a form, I still have not received clarification if you are going to even refund me?!
