@Delta 's new SkyMiles structure rewards only the richest, most privileged who don't need the perks to begin with. They're just avoiding having to dole out any rewards at all. Delta prices were already higher than other airlines. There's no benefit to staying loyal now.

@Delta there should be a way to get refunded if you pay $40 for wifi on a 6-hr flight and it only works for an hour. Never have this issue with @AmericanAir and have had it happen multiple times with you. 🤦🏻‍♀️
