@TTChelps The 114 going east just went past a lineup of about 15 people at front at Union station. Tried to get on the other 114 going the other direction and was told no I can't because he has to have a break. It is hailing outside. This is unacceptable TTC behavior.

@Delta I’m still waiting to speak to someone about my experience with you from July. I was told it would take 7-10 days to hear back. Then it was 30-45 days. We are now at 60 days and nothing. Stop trying to get new customers when you are not taking care of the ones you have.
