Careem must urgently revisit and improve its booking process to ensure that once a ride is scheduled, it is fulfilled without last-minute cancellations. Customers deserve reliability, especially when it concerns the safety and comfort
@careem As customers, if we can’t rely on Careem to honor pre-booked rides—and captains are allowed to cancel at the last minute—then it raises serious concerns about the platform’s reliability. Today, our kids were left stranded in extreme heat due to a cancelled ride.
