@ChrisLuv It’s a good point. There’s a kind of inertia principle about giving reviews. If the service wasn’t noteworthy either for being terrible or completely amazing then people tend not to be driven to comment.
Recently looked at mattresses reviews were all either 1,4 or 5 stars
