Seems like “the forest animals of Romania” like @Snowden once said, are quicker than others in recognizing and using this technology.

Romania has today:

• ICI – Romania’s National Institute for Informatics building on-chain for a few years already • STS and other governmental institutions joining or migrating fully to blockchain

In 6 years, I believe every government and major institution will rely on blockchain.

In a country like Romania, where corruption runs deep, blockchain could change everything. But it might also face resistance.
