@united let me tell you about the pleasant experience I had with no less than five of your agents. After each one claimed they could not help me and my clients with a flight into a country US citizens are not allowed (LUX), I ended my last conversation with the senior-most (1/2)

@AmericanAir We had an amazing experience with an agent at BNA on Sat, Oct. 2. There was a major system failure of the kiosks & we missed our flight but Kathy worked tirelessly to get us & our friends to Punta Cana that night. She worked a miracle. Can you thank her from us in a special way?
