stress can cause memory loss. it can mentally erase an entire experience or distort what we think happened. this is where therapy, spending time in nature, meditation and journaling come in to help us heal.
So far in my 20s, the best lesson I ever learnt was that life will go on. People come and go, we lose friends, break up with lovers, meet new people, encounter success and failure and life will go on. You will be alright.
The healer also needs healing. The planner also needs surprises. The giver also needs to receive. The thoughtful also needs to be thought of. The considerate also needs to be considered.
