Hiya, little job update - I’m going freelance!
Looking for any radio production, producer, film programming/production, arts and culture journo gigs‼️
I’m also off to #LFF tomorrow until the 9th so if anybody wants any content, reviews etc please get in touch - DM’s open ☺️
If you love Wicked the movie go to a theatre and see a show on stage that’s where we really need your support too. Even better see one in your local town. Theatres need your support.
In retrospect Rory Gilmore as the underemployed flailing journalist who can’t wrap her mind around that because she used to be the gifted & talented kid was perhaps just a couple years ahead of it’s time
my favourite genre is actresses in their 50s mostly known for minor characters getting the recognition they've deserved for decades and behaving about it like a lil giggly girl on christmas day
… And thats #LFF over for another year ✨
22 films, 1 TV series and 2 screen talks in 9 days!
I haven’t had a chance to post all my thoughts on films this year yet, so I’m gonna let the festival fever wear off! More detailed film feelings on my letterboxd (in my bio) 🫶🏾
Last film of #LFF was The Gutter. Some very funny gags mixed with some very mediocre ones (the Anderson Cooper joke was a hit, with me anyway) Sarandon & Carden were golden. Big-fun, improv tone, character driven comedy with my end of festival delirium made for a goofy watch!
A morning spent sobbing at We Live In Time. Crowley knows what he’s doing with stories like this. Pugh and Garfield are both phenomenal, two characters I haven’t seen either of them do yet. A beautiful homely, gutting British rom-com! #LFF
BIRMINGHAM! 😍🐂
We're coming for you next! #GwynethGoesSkiing skis into @brumhippodrome 29-31 Oct, and as it's Halloween we're going to make the shows extra goopy-spoopy! So excited to play this gwiconic venue! 😍
