We, the people of Gujranwala, are very grateful to the Punjab Government for making the University of Gujranwala. But we will not be allowed to be converted Punjab University Gujranwala Campus into University of Gujranwala under any circumstances.

This is nonsense. Gujranwala is one of the biggest city in Punjab.But they don't have proper higher education.Luckily Govt of Punjab announced they would build a new university in Grw for youth to get higher edu at door step but now they are just gonna rename old one.
