@British_Airways I have tried contacting every day for the last week. I cannot get a human on the phone. Your website will not let me cancel a flight that is still operational because I cannot get to my destination- as that country has closed its borders. Please. Respond.

@British_Airways I sent all of my info in a direct message along with a detailed summary of the situation. I cannot get an answered phone call- I have been hung up on more times than I can count. And now I cannot get a response here- which was my last resort. This is ridiculous.

@British_Airways and every single time I try to manage my booking, it gives an error. I cannot even cancel my flight that is set to leave in less than one week that would leave me stranded in a city that i have no connections with and also happens to be a hotspot of COVID-19.

@British_Airways 2/3 flights on my booking have been cancelled. I have tried calling multiple times, multiple days, and I continually get hung up on. I need to cancel my last flight and receive a refund for all of them but you are not giving me the option. Please help.
