The current best practice is to clip right colon polypectomy >20mm to reduce delayed bleeding. This is one of my favorite tools , @bostonsci Mantis Clip, performing clip-and-drag button closure technique (widest part first to make 2 smaller defects).

An example is takedown of an enterocutaneous fistula. Fortunately, those who ought to be doing that case have generally learned this already.
