Today's advice from @TheRAC_UK is to wait a few more days and "hopefully" my car will be collected from where it broke down 😵‍💫 apparently the claim has been closed and a "contractor" is dealing with it, although no one knows who the mystery contractor is.

@TheRAC_UK abandoned me and my toddler Friday night on m6 services. We had to organise and pay for taxi 80 miles home. 3 days later and hours of calls to them the car is still on the m6. Hoping my car isn't stolen or vandalised.
