@ACTHealth @ACTHealth following up on this question. Can fully vaxed border residents go to licensed venues/restaurants etc on Friday? Depending on what you read there's conflicting info.

@ACTHealth You said the other day that those in border postcodes with standing exemption CAN go to restaurants/pubs etc in ACT if fully vaxed (and if allowed under NSW rules). Has this now changed? Your FAQs don't include a category for licensed venues.

@newscomauHQ Great for Sydney.Not so great for those in regional NSW on border with ACT.We live our lives in Cbr &come Friday when pubs &restaurants etc open in ACT, we still have to isolate for 14 days when we return home 10mins across the border. 'Freedom days' for some but not all in NSW!

@JohnBarilaroMP We can do all the things CBRns can do this Fri if we go to ACT. Why didn't you fight to have border communities exempt entirely from stay at home orders if we've been to ACT, not just for health and work? For us, ACT should not be considered an area of concern. It's a joke.

@NSWHealth On Friday we can go to a restaurant in Cbr but we have to isolate for 14 days when we get back to our homes 10mins across the border. When will you remove ACT as area of concern for those in border communities? We can't enjoy same opportunities as fully vaxed living in Syd!!!

@chicharrona2vax That's amazing news!Congrats! My partner arrived this morn to Darwin on dfat flight ex Frankfurt (he's been stuck in Ireland). We were so worried he'd not be here in time for our baby to be born (due Dec). Feels surreal &exciting & huge relief all at once to know he is in Oz!
