@sleeepysandy My mum has recently had to do this , she had macular degeneration so very poor eye sight , she did manage it herself but you almost need a degree to complete the 26 page form.

@KateBMwriting I know exactly what you mean , my mother is nearly 80 with macular degeneration, so very poor eye sight and other health conditions, without me she would be stuck . I often say to my husband how do other elderly people manage if they don’t have anyone to help.
