So disappointed with @VirginAtlantic today, I won my bid to upgrade my seats to Florida for a family holiday but the upgrade had us all separated. Asked to keep my original seats and was told I would still need to pay for upgrade as bid was non refundable. Lesson learned!

@Sofology a week since my sofa was supposed to be delivered, web chat, Facebook messages, emailed all with no response. Four hours on hold to speak to an advisor to be told someone will phone me back and I am stilling waiting. Worst customer service ever.
