@bt_uk That’s not exactly helpful! I spoke to someone on that number earlier - they’ve booked another appointment for tomorrow which will be the 10th engineer that’s attended. This is going around in circles! I expect better than hollow expressions of concern!

@bt_uk can you explain why after 9 engineers you have left an 84 year old (who I have told you is ill & vulnerable) without a working phone for most of December? The fault is still unresolved and you’ve offered £9.98 compensation! Well done BT - excellence in action!
