@mosseri If people can’t easily use something, get frustrated & annoyed, they will leave or stop using.Make it simple, easy, and focused. Then you will retain loyalty that will increase your ROI.
Please roll back the changes.Appreciate you’ve tested them, but it’s a no in the real world.

@mosseri I’m shocked at the departure of any real design principles. It’s so messy. Look at YouTube, LinkedIn. they stick with the same design, focus, tweaking stuff hear/there.. building, retaining audience not chasing each shiny new jewel they see.

@mosseri For me, I don’t think you understand the value of your app & what your audience wants. It’s tricky as you span so many areas, you’re chasing the market share of TT, scared of losing, when you can exist easily together.
Keep your attention focused, rather than scattered.

@mosseri There’s a benefit in keeping the same/similar layout. It creates loyalty, deep trust. You push boundaries with constant changes anyway.. but this is too much. So disappointing for a business that was so ahead of its time. Stop chasing TikTok. Appreciate & know your Audience.

@mosseri I feel you are changing the core values of this app rather than evolving it. we, as users enjoy it as it is. Tweak the algs, offer more options, but to change the fundamentals? The risk hasn’t paid off.
If it were aesthetically pleasing & useful, then let’s go,but this ain’t that

@mosseri Hey Adam, I can’t tell you how much I hate the new layout. It looks like a jumble of spaghetti. No discerning difference between posts, they run into each other. Too many reccs & ads.
Insta has always been ‘mobile 1st’ so I’m not sure how these changes cut through that argument?

Something seriously odd is afoot in natural gas markets.
There's a BIG glut of gas in the UK.
Wholesale gas prices are the lowest in 18 months.
There is so much gas no-one is quite sure what to do with it
Yet far from falling, household gas bills are heading even higher.

@JohnJCrace Delete the app and then start again, assuming they are on your NHS records then they will be on database. You might be able to re-add in the vaccinations into the app (I can't remember how it happened last time)? Either way, I'd delete and reinstall as a starting point.
