@SurreyPolice I made a complaint on 12/5/23. Your PSD department made contact 31/5/23. Last contact was 1/9/23 promising an outcome to the investigation. It is now 7 weeks and no update

@HSBC_UK my 73 year old, dyslexic mother can’t get her credit card limit increased. She can’t do internet banking & 2 branches have said they can’t help. She’s a Premier customer and is being discriminated against because of learning difficulties #poorcustomerservice

@SouthernRailUK 0639 epsom downs 🚂 arrived at Sutton at 0648, I ran across the platform to the 0649 Thameslink but it wouldn’t let me on. Why will you not make the Epsom downs train depart a few minutes earlier? There’s absolutely no reason not to 😡

@SouthernRailUK yes, finally! The 0639 Epsom downs service arrived at Sutton at 0648 enabling me to catch the 0649 city Thameslink service. Would still be easier if the 0639 left it’s first destination a few minutes earlier especially as it comes straight from the depot 🤷‍♀️

@SouthernRailUK why can’t the 0639 epsom downs to Victoria service arrive at Sutton earlier so passengers can get the 0649 city Thameslink service? It comes from selhurst at 0556 so plenty of time to arrive earlier and it sits at Sutton for 5 minutes anyway. Makes no sense

@SouthernRailUK why have you changed the time of first Banstead train again? why not leave it at 6.37? Means I now miss the 6.49 city Thameslink connection to Wimbledon. Such an appalling, unreliable service 😡
