@_MBService disappointing service waited 9 weeks for a credit voucher or refund on suit hire for a cancelled wedding. Not even the courtesy of a phone call. Shocking
@JustEatUK diabolical service again 2.5 hours wait and still not received for your drivers to not be bothered to pick up order and all your customer service take 5 days to refund and £5 compensation. Just dire !
@JustEatUK yet again ordered cremes delivery time was 40 mins 7.30 order still not here and @cremes lied that it had gone out and had to cancel again absolutely useless service .
@chessingtongc outstanding customer service. Rare these days. Had a problem sorted within two days and no quibble. Will be using this garden centre again.
@MartinSLewis can you let me know re insurance . Booked a villa and paid in full myself. Insurance will only pay my and my husband portion and not the whole price we paid . Is that right ?
@British_Airways it gets worse you contacted me and now can’t discuss as booking in daughters name but we paid , yet 5 times on phone you say you need to talk to me as my card. Ridiculous just want my refund...
@British_Airways I have waited over 8 weeks for refund on ticket . Called several times told it was in queue but still not arrived . Claimed another one on same days arrived in 3 days .. think there may be a problem but nobody helps

@British_Airways you were brilliant on issuing 2 of 3 refunds but three weeks for last one and nothing . Called they said hadn’t been processed and will be done again but a further three weeks but last came in 3 days and now week and half later and still nothing . Not great

@chillisauce disgusting company stag go that could not go ahead and refusing to give money back and so rude . Exploting people in times such as this is not acceptable . Do not use them they will disappoint . Will be contacting ABTA AND OMBUDSMAN.
