@MAS, there are 40+ passengers stranded in Mumbai due to the rerouting of MH165. This situation has persisted for two days with no communication or instructions provided to those affected. It is unacceptable that passengers remain uninformed and unattended. Do something NOW!

@farahsolhi @Scoopdotmy @MAS Several passengers have waited for 11+ hours at the airport only to be sent away again and apparently booked on the next flight tomorrow 26 Nov. Appalling treatment from @MAS . We need booking confirmations for these passengers via email and clarification of the next steps ASAP.
