@d6@Mr_Joyboy Then moving from Munich back to the US in 2016 we used https://t.co/pKa1FHi6wU We also had no problems with them. Their website contains no hyperlinks, but their email is [email protected]
@d6@Mr_Joyboy hey, yes! We used https://t.co/o2HLhn4QS7 to ship from Boulder to Munich back in 2013. All our stuff arrived and nothing was damaged, so I'd recommend them.
@sellout @philderome @djspiewak We're not always in the context of an editor though. GitHub PR review is an example of that. It's much easier to review a PR with types ascribed than without. We could make tooling to compile PR'd code, but that would add a lot of overhead it probably wouldn't work on my phone.
For interested parties… The quasar project has now moved under the slamdata github org, just for organizational reasons. Also we've revived our public chat channels in Discord form; feel free to join in and shoot the breeze with us.
@djspiewak In science one writes 1.20 to convey the level of precision measured. That's equal to 1.2, but that's not the point. The point of a version is to provide all the information there is. Also, in versioning z=0 does not mean "nothing"; it means "first".
@djspiewak@d6@etorreborre @larsr_h The societal context around dangling prepositions focuses on grammatical correctness, while the context around gendered pronouns focuses on gender in society. And the original post is all about gender, so I don't think your comparison is valid.
