@Attwood7Sarah Wanted me to go into branch too but they have closed most of them so had to go to town which opens 09:30-16:30 so couldn’t go before or after work so would have to go at lunch time but with travel this wasn’t possible either. The call centre is an even bigger joke!

@Attwood7Sarah HSBC are shocking, I’ve had so many issues with them like this, they are closing branches and wanting everyone to bank online but their systems are just not up to it, when you try to contact them they are so unhelpful. Worlds local bank, what a joke. Hope all is well with you.
