@YahooCare I get that and apparently none of those options work for me because of the region I am in. Honestly, how difficult is it for customer care to call me or at least get into an email communication with me knowing that I've subscribed for a paid service to get live support?!?!

@YahooCare @yahoo Your support plus service is a joke. You make customers pay for a service that is not available in their region and your chat support agents are the worst - ending the chat abruptly with a generic message without any consideration to listen to the customer!
