🚨WITNESS APPEAL – TEIGNMOUTH / SHALDON BEACH 🚨
This took place earlier today (27th July) at Shaldon Beach, Teignmouth, Devon.
A member of the public reports seeing the man in the photo below pick up his dog and throw him against a stone wall multiple times. The witness states he then pinned the dog to the ground and punched him repeatedly, while the woman with him stood by and watched.
According to the witness, this happened because the dog didn’t recall immediately and the man got his jeans wet retrieving him.
If you recognise this man or the woman with him, please get in touch with the OP via the link below. .
😡 Please share — this dog needs to be protected.

❤️ BARNEY IS LOOKING FOR A FOSTER OR FOSTER WITH A VIEW TO ADOPT❤️
Sadly, his family recently had to make the incredibly difficult decision to find him a new home. This was not a choice they ever took lightly, they have always put Barney's welfare first and would never have considered rehoming him if circumstances had been different. As he's now an older gentleman, their only wish is for him to enjoy a calm, settled life where his needs can be fully met.
Barney was then welcomed into a wonderful home with an older couple but unfortunately, due to an unexpected medical diagnosis for one of the adopters and a natural decline in their mobility and day-to-day abilities, they have had to make the heartbreaking decision that they can no longer provide Barney with the level of care he deserves. This decision was made with great sadness and love, and was in no way a reflection of Barney himself, they simply wanted to ensure that his later years are spent in the best possible environment, with the comfort, stability, and care he truly deserves.
Barney was then adopted by another couple but unfortunately Barney struggled to settle fully and was ultimately returned to kennels after just two months. Full details provided to applicants.
Barney's inability to settle in this home could well have been due to the recent upset and confusing changes he had experienced as well as a very painful ear infection that had gone undiagnosed until he arrived at kennels. He has now seen the vet, had a course of antibiotics and is back to full health.
Barney would thrive in a calm home with a consistent routine. He enjoys having his own space, but when invited, he wholeheartedly believes he's a lap dog and will happily soak up affection with quiet joy.
At home, Barney is generally wonderfully settled and easy to live with, he is comfortable with many aspects of day to day life in a family and a home environment. He loves the quiet life and is content to snooze for much of the day, balanced with his daily walks and gentle adventures. He is fully house trained, very polite indoors, does not jump up, does not attempt to go upstairs or get on furniture, and is generally very quiet, rarely barking at all.
Out on walks, Barney often surprises people with his puppy-like enthusiasm. He enjoys meeting other animals and greets them with curiosity and excitement. Despite being nearly 10 years old, nobody ever believes his age, he still has plenty of energy on walks and many good years ahead of him.
Barney does not cope well in busy or overstimulating environments such as pubs or crowded areas, but he is calm, relaxed, and content in a peaceful home setting where life is predictable and unhurried.
He can show some degree of resource guarding around food, toys and spaces, however this is generally well managed and has only ever been evident around humans and not other animals. He currently lives happily with cats and has always been respectful and calm around them.
Barney is absolutely fine being left for a few hours during the day. He settles well, shows no signs of separation anxiety, and does not chew or destroy furniture, making him very relaxed and reliable in the home.
Barney has no known health issues. His vaccinations were last done in May 2026.
Barney is a loving, gentle boy with so much to give. Like many dogs, he has his challenges, but with understanding, patience, and the right environment, he will truly shine.
We believe that Barney would be happiest in a quieter home, where he can enjoy lots of dog focused one-to-one time, stability, and all the love he deserves for the rest of his years. If you are looking for a calm, affectionate companion who will fit beautifully into a peaceful home, Barney could be the perfect match.

🚨🐐‼️ IMPORTANT BACKGROUND ON THE GOATS STOLEN FROM RAINHAM, KENT – PLEASE READ & SHARE ‼️🐐🚨
Sharing this urgent update about the two goats stolen last week from #rainham, Kent from their owner, Katie.
Previous here: https://t.co/BBEgckmnYt
They have now been confirmed to have been taken to a travellers site on Dickins Estate, #Gravesend.
📹 New footage shows one goat is STILL ALIVE, but her ear tag has been ripped out, leaving her in pain, stressed, shaking and terrified
😢💔 Police attended the site today but couldn’t find either goat, only a small black goat that had been kept in the same field.
Katie received a call from a sick person that the second goat had been taken to a "curry house". This may not be a hoax as there is no sign of her.
💰 A reward is STILL being offered for the goats' SAFE return.
🙏 If anyone knows ANYTHING, even the smallest detail, please come forward. This is the closest the owners have come to bringing home Maggie and Maple.
📸 Photos taken today show many neglected and abused horses on the travellers site too… this situation is deeply worrying and much bigger than just the goats 💔🐴‼️
Please keep sharing. Please keep looking.
These beautiful girls deserve to come home 🐐❤️.

Meet Cher ❤️
Cher is a beautiful 4-year-old crossbreed (Old English Bulldog × Shih Tzu/Lhasa Apso) looking for a calm, understanding home where she can truly thrive.
Cher is an incredibly affectionate little dog who absolutely loves nothing more than cuddling up with her favourite people. She’s happiest snuggled beside you on the sofa or curled up in bed at night, and she forms strong bonds with the people she trusts. She also enjoys soft toys (although they don’t usually last very long!), tasty treats, and showing off her tricks. She knows sit, paw, other paw, high five and “knuckles” – especially if a treat is involved!
Cher enjoys her dry food and likes a bit of variety every now and then, although she’s currently enjoying Wagg. Wet food doesn’t agree with her stomach, so she sticks to dry kibble.
Cher has always been an anxious dog, and sadly this anxiety has recently led to redirected aggression towards another dog in the household. After a great deal of thought, the heartbreaking decision that finding her the right home is the kindest and safest option for everyone involved.
She has lived with children and has always been gentle and affectionate with them and their friends once she has had time to settle. However, she does become much more anxious around very young children and toddlers, often becoming tense and uncomfortable. Because of this, we feel Cher would be happiest in an adult-only home, or one with older, sensible teenagers who understand when she needs space.
Cher has lived with other dogs throughout her life but can be nervous around unfamiliar dogs, and due to her recent behaviour we believe she would do best as the only pet in the home. She isn’t a fan of cats.
She walks reasonably well on a lead, although she can pull at times. She’s a little nervous travelling in the car but copes with reassurance. She doesn’t enjoy baths or water, and while she’s happy to be brushed, grooming can make her anxious, so patience and gentle handling are important.
Cher is microchipped and has no known medical conditions.
Cher is looking for a patient, experienced owner who understands anxious dogs and can offer her a calm, predictable environment where she can relax and feel secure. A single person or adult couple would be an ideal match. In the right home, Cher has so much love to give and will reward you with endless affection, loyalty and companionship.
This decision has not been made lightly, and finding the right forever home for Cher is our absolute priority.

Sharing a heartbreaking post from the Great Pyrenees Rescue of Missouri 👇please see if you can help them help Lyra 🥺💔
“We rescued Lyra from a bestiality case in Missouri. Our hearts are broken for the pain, neglect, and abuse that Lyra and the other dogs on the property endured. Photos of the trauma are graphic and we cannot share them on social media. These are things that we wish we would never have to discuss as they are vile. BUT we must, because we must help Lyra!
The case against the perpetrators is ongoing and we are hopeful that the evil men who performed these unthinkable, unspeakable acts will be brought to justice. However in our opinion there is not a legal punishment harsh enough for them.
Lyra is now in a foster home where she is being loved and cared for. In spite of what happened to her she is so loving and sweet. She is undernourished and under weight; we are working on getting her healthy.
Lyra was examined by our vet. She has abnormal & thickened tissue around her rectum and a large abscess that ruptured. She has an ear infection that was left untreated for so long her ear drum ruptured and we are concerned about hearing loss. Lyra also had fleas, a scar on her nose, and a body score of 2 (which is very thin).
Lyra went to the vet a second time so she could be sedated to clean the area where the abscess and lesions are. Even under sedation, she cried when examined. We cried for her too 🥲
Lyra— in this photo— was being removed from the former owner’s residence by animal control. As if she hadn’t endured enough trauma already, animal control used a catch pole on her 😔
We could really use your help for Lyra’s vet care. Donations can be made on our website or with Venmo. Links in the comments. We thank you. Lyra thanks you. Every little bit helps! 🙏”

This gorgeous girl is Poppy, an 8-year-old Crossbreed who is searching for a loving new family to spend her golden years with.
Making the decision to rehome Poppy has not been easy. She is very much loved, but due to changes in her owners’ circumstances, they can no longer give her the exercise she needs. Poppy is a strong dog on the lead, and while her owner has always walked her, he is now unable to do so because he is not strong enough. They want to do what is best for Poppy and find her a home where she can continue to thrive.
Poppy is a wonderfully affectionate girl who absolutely loves fuss, cuddles, and being close to her people. In fact, she’s happiest curled up on her owners’ bed at night! She’s friendly, enjoys the company of children, and loves meeting other dogs. She can be quite boisterous when she plays, so she’d be happiest as the only dog in the home where she can have all the attention to herself.
She has a healthy appetite and isn’t fussy with food, happily eating both wet and dry food, with chicken being one of her favourite treats. Poppy is microchipped, spayed, registered with the vets, and has no known medical issues.
Although she hasn’t travelled in the car very often, she has happily been on a bus, showing she’s adaptable with a little reassurance.
Poppy would suit an individual or couple, or a family with older children, who can confidently handle a stronger dog and offer her the love, attention, and exercise she deserves. In return, you’ll gain a loyal, affectionate companion who will happily snuggle up beside you at the end of the day.
If you think you could offer lovely Poppy the warm, caring forever home she deserves, we’d love to hear from you. Please help us find this wonderful girl the next chapter she’s been waiting for. ❤️🐶

Evil cat killer, 25, who microwaved kittens for fun is now living in stunning $1m mansion after being freed JUST ONE DAY into four year jail sentence!! 😡😡
Prosecutors said a former girlfriend became suspicious after several cats and kittens Martel had purchased went missing.
