@rpondiscio I’m doing all I can as a teacher- I also could be making more money using my undergraduate degree. I can’t decide if better teachers will even be able to fix things at this point. Education is what you make of it. It’s parenting and motivation

@TheEXECUTlONER_ The most annoying parents have kids with the lowest gpa. Getting a diploma isn’t impressive. We push them through. Getting good grades, participation in academic competitions and taking challenging classes is impressive.

@MichaelRapaport As a teacher I can tell you that way too many parents do what they did - believe their kids when they say they were kicked out of class for no reason. It’s maddening! Why would we make this up?? We lost the youth when parents quit backing teachers.
