@DrewDonachie @alastaireykyn@premrugby@btsportrugby@Harlequins So it didn't happen as I explain above? I'm happy to be shown I am wrong but if you watch the entire move from when Brown tackles you will see it as I state. How about draw the line on stamping on opponents faces ?
@beanie0900 @Britishlion74 "I ONLY HOPE THAT THERE ARE GHOSTS" Utterly devastating to read that. Rob knowing he may never seen his kids grow up. As a parent those words are like a dagger through my heart. Simply can't imagine his thoughts at times π π
@dmx551@RugbyInsideLine Not fit to put the @Harlequins Jersey on ever again. Absolute shitebag move and could have had very serious consequences. Brown even goes in with the knee first off, falls on him, gets.up, stamps on his face and then falls on his head. Proper w***er move of the highest order!

@AnneAnnaAnnie Hopefully it was that cry for help that she felt, for one reason or another, she couldn't verbally give you. Now you are aware look at finding the cause, talk loads and constantly remind you daughter she can tell you anything. I've instilled this in my children. They MUST talk
@joanbushur@elsongs I wouldn't waste your time Mary, its clear they have no understanding of publishing/rights/royalties etc. It would be funny someone SAMPLE a 2 bar loop of one of their songs and didnt give them royalties, as it doesn't matter about such a small piece of music stolen π€¦ββοΈπ€·ββοΈ
@jfo5uvcvz@Walopoh@zeurg10123@elsongs@ItsLachieNZ @LeoGivenchy2 @Togan871 @latimes The structure has no bearing, the melody and parts of the original song have been used. In this case the original artist has a case of 100% of the publishing as original samples make the melody for the new song, without it you wouldn't have One More Time !
@jfo5uvcvz@Walopoh@zeurg10123@elsongs@ItsLachieNZ @LeoGivenchy2 @Togan871 @latimes The sample(s) need to be cleared by the owner of the original copyright/song and can be refused if they don't like the new interpretation of their music/song. So even if 1Bar/Second is used it needs to be cleared
@jfo5uvcvz@Walopoh@zeurg10123@elsongs@ItsLachieNZ @LeoGivenchy2 @Togan871 @latimes Basically jfo you have just proved you know zilch about publishing rights, so I don't even know why I'm responding to you, apart from trying to educate you. If you SAMPLE a part of ANY other RECORD then you pay publishing on it. How much is agreed between both parties
@Togan871 @elsongs@ItsLachieNZ @LeoGivenchy2 @zeurg10123@latimes Also it's not so much producers, but the song writers, as its words & melody that make the song. It's why more producers are getting listed as writers if they create the melody of the song
@Togan871 @elsongs@ItsLachieNZ @LeoGivenchy2 @zeurg10123@latimes That is why Ed Sheeran has a musicologist check over all his tracks now, for use of other melodies. None of them are deliberately used, but the subconscious mind draws on heard melodies, and there are only some many you can play in a pop song. Look at Status Quo ;)
@elsongs@Walopoh@zeurg10123@ItsLachieNZ @LeoGivenchy2 @Togan871 @latimes It's my shouty into a empty void account. TBH I don't know why I use it or get drawn into stuff like this, but it irks me at times
