My running hypothesis is that for social gatherings, tech people err on the side of inclusion and art people err on the side of exclusion bc their respective preferences reflect how each industry derives or produces value (network effects/scale vs. exclusivity/curation)

now my project management system is rock solid and all my responsibilities are taken care of, I want a system for managing the next level of abstraction: my intentions / purpose / developmental trajectory

I want a framework that helps me pick which projects to work on, identify compounding returns, isolate energy leaks, seek targeted mentorship, and measure my progress against long term goals

Finally: Pay attention to what naturally piques your curiosity. Read more books and magazines. Figure out who you admire and want to emulate. Understand their life and choices. Reverse engineer.
