In my estimation, it is highly unlikely that there will be a reversal of the Court of Appeal's verdict in this matter. The doctrine of stare decisis, consistency of judicial decision-making, finality of litigation etc work against Cytonn. In essence, there is no primary rule of obligation, or secondary rule of recognition, change, and adjudication - that can be applied in favour of Cytonn.
