BREAKING: MAGA Congressman Matt Gaetz gets slammed with stunning bad news as the House Ethics Committee votes to release its bombshell investigation into his alleged misconduct.
This is a dramatic reversal and Gaetz's worst nightmare...
The full report could be published as soon as this week, according to a source who spoke to The Hill. The plan is to publish it after the House holds its last vote for 2024.
Previously, it was believed that the report might never see the light of day. The committee voted just lsat month against releasing it.
Gaetz himself is already melting down over it. He slammed the panel and defended his behavior as "embarrassing, though not criminal."
The certain-to-be-bombshell report is the result of three and half years of investigation into allegations of illegal drug use and sexual misconduct, including sex with a minor.
If it's as bad as many suspect, Gaetz will never recover.

BREAKING: President Biden drops a bomb on MAGA world by announcing that he will veto a formerly bipartisan bill that would add 63 permanent judgeships because Donald Trump would now be the one to fill 22 of the seats.
You have to fight fire with fire...
Biden promised to veto the bill which has already passed in the Senate and is set to be voted on by the Republican-controlled House this week.
The bill was designed to add judgeships to help with the backlog at federal courthouses across the country. However, if the choice is between having too few judges or having 22 new MAGA ones, it's better to not have the judges at all.
"Under this legislation, we all promised to give the next three unknown presidents a certain number of judges," said Congressman Jerry Nadler. "Because no one can tell the future we were all at an equal disadvantage, but for this deal to work, the bill had to be passed before Election Day."
It's encouraging to see Democrats strategically wielding power like this. Joe Biden has a responsibility to protect the American people from Donald Trump as best he can.

BREAKING: MAGA is dealt the defeat it's been fearing as a federal appeals court in D.C. upholds the conviction of the Cowboys for Trump founder who broke into the restricted area of he Capitol on January 6th — setting a powerful precedent.
And it gets even better...
The court stated that the insurrectionists didn't have to know that the Secret Service was protecting Vice President Mike Pence when they invaded the building.
Couy Griffin, the Cowboys for Trump founder, had tried to argue that he couldn't be fully held accountable for his actions because it couldn't be proven that he knew why the grounds were restricted i.e. that there was a Secret Service protectee present.
This case in particular was seen as stress test for the approach taken by the Justice Department for prosecuting hundreds of MAGA rioters. If it had fallen apart, it might have started a domino effect.
On top of that, it will allow the Secret Service to offer better federal protection by defining the laws related to trespassing in areas contained federally protected individuals.
"The basis of the Secret Service’s authority to prevent access to designated areas for the safety of its protectees … need not be in the mind of the trespasser," wrote DC Circuit Judge Nina Pillard.
"In [Griffin’s] view, the statute also requires proof that he knew why the Capitol grounds were so restricted when he entered or remained there —i.e. that a Secret Service protectee was or would be temporarily visiting the Capitol grounds. We decline to adopt such a rule,” Pillard wrote in the 2-1 opinion. "Griffin’s approach would surely hinder the Secret Service’s capacity to handle the full range of potential threats.”
This is justice.

@OccupyDemocrats Trump is dangerous. If he wins, the only thing standing in his way of dismantling Democracy would be the US military.
