@KayAgeOfEl @LeeR912 @XRPL_Monitor TPS is a highly interval related metric. That is, on the Ripple website they take num tx in last ledger divided by time in s for last ledger, afaik. On https://t.co/XNPjMyeG70 tps is the num tx while you have been watching divided by the seconds spend on the website.
