Curry Barker was asked about his approach to horror, Barker pointed out how his approach to working on #Obsession tasked him to use one of cinema’s oldest tricks.

“Don’t show the shark, right? That’s what we learned from Jaws. Not showing your monster is a psychological trick people have been using for years. I think the mind is way more effective sometimes than what you can visually create on screen.”

“Letting the mind run wild is a pretty old trick in the book. I’m not reinventing the wheel, but it’s something I really like.”
