When I said that this was nearly 3 hrs late I got hung up on!! This is not acceptable customer service, I appreciate things will have been a bit crazy today due to the news however a call or text to update would be appreciated

@AsdaServiceTeam I was due a home delivery between 6-7 this evening. 7.30 it still hadn’t arrived and had no update about my order. Spent over 20min on hold to eventually speak to someone, he took ages trying to track my order to tell me it’s estimated arrival is 21.26!!
