Je viens de rappeler et j’apprends que le colis va être retourné à l’expéditeur.. non mais SÉRIEUSEMENT !! La seule option que vous me proposez est de venir moi même à l’entrepôt. Pas une seule fois un rv honoré ni tentative de livraison.. quel est votre métier ?

@DPD_Fr 1mois1/2 que j’attends un colis, des heures passées au téléphone 5 programmations (et 5 journeees restées chez moi!) pour n’avoir aucune information préalable de non livraison ou d’excuses. Allez vous mal au point de ne plus être capable d’honorer vos engagements ?
