i’m amazed at how easy it is to forget that simple fact.
it’s something that can sneak up on you, then eventually you check in on it and realize it’s in really bad shape.

today is the start of suicide prevention awareness week.

i encourage you to reach out to three people in your contacts and simply ask how they are doing.
an actual phone call is best.
push through the awkwardness.

chances are, you’ll both be inspired and encouraged.
