@AChohlev @ZiganaKhan It's the ruggedness of the entire Karakoram range. The Karakoram range is older than the Himalayas and situated further northwards. The Himalayas block moisture and creates a "shadow" of dryness. Moreover, the Karakoram range is hard granite rocks with a steep slope.
