@Ticketmaster After the “pause” it was my turn but of course something went wrong and I had to start over. Once it was my turn again…no tickets.

@Ticketmaster Send out “verified fan” codes. Your system can’t handle the known traffic and crashes so you pause the queue for 4 hours. All the lucky ones who got tickets prior to the crash already started selling them for exorbitant prices. The only people who lose are the actual fans.
