last night someone bought me n my aunt food 😭 n today pizza and cinnamon rolls js popped up in the house out of nowhere ??? (ik i sound like a big back im just updating my results of my robotic affirmation "i have thousands in my bank account and financial freedom")
whenever you eat just start telling yourself that calories don’t exist, everything is healthy, and that you never gain weight 🙂↕️🙂↕️ i love to saturate whenever i eat!
WEIGHT LOSS SUCESS STORY
(and i am still losing more and more)
i was diagnosed with pcos back in 2023, before i even knew about the law of assumption. at my biggest, i was struggling to lose weight, dealing with chronic abdominal pain, and completely hating how i felt in my own body. my self-concept and self-esteem were at an all time low. i actually disliked myself so much it was hard to even look in the mirror. everything felt heavy, exhausting, and hopeless.
fast forward to discovering the law of assumption. i manifested a little bit of weight loss at first, but for some reason i couldn’t stay consistent. the limiting beliefs the doctors kept feeding me were stuck in my mind:
- weight loss is nearly impossible for women with pcos
- i’d need medication
- i’d need a strict diet
- i’d need to work out constantly.
i allowed myself to believe all of that, until i realized the truth…what i assume, i become. what i say goes. i hold all the power, and the moment i changed my assumptions about myself, everything shifted.
i changed my assumptions to:
- losing weight is easy
- i am healthy
- i have my desired body
- i have my desired weight
- i have my dream body
- i am slim, fit, and healthy
- i am free of pcos
- i have lost so much weight
- i don’t have to do anything to lose weight
- my body is my exact dream body
- my body is flawless
- my body is sculpted to perfection
- my body is a work of art
once i truly chose these things as true for me, the weight started falling off naturally. in just the last 3–4 months i’ve lost 30+ pounds. before that, i barely lost 10 pounds in 3 months, even though i was already eating better and working out. the difference wasn’t in my effort, it was in my assumptions. i was believing it was hard, and it showed. once i shifted to it’s easy, everything changed.
i also won’t sit here and say i changed absolutely nothing in my lifestyle, because that would be a lie. the doctors imposed rules and i did start applying some of them. i began eating better, working out a little more, and even though the results were small at first, i stuck with them. over time, those things became habits i genuinely enjoy. i don’t do them to lose weight anymore, i do them because i like them. i work out way less than before, maybe 3–4 times a week (if that) and very low effort workouts, but the weight keeps coming off. i also give myself plenty of food freedom and flexibility, because i know i don’t need to punish myself to get results. i eat better but i still eat whatever i want when i want it. i don’t have do anything but decide over and over again that it’s true for me. that’s it. i am not strict with anything accept my mindset.
beyond the physical, i worked so much on how i view myself. i now fully love myself, exude confidence, sexiness, and sensuality, and feel completely in love with my body and life. a huge part of that came from using erik’s mantra daily:
- i am all that is
- i am love
- i am perfection
- i am always chosen
- i am everyone’s top priority
- no one is better than me
- no one compares to me
these words completely rewired my assumptions about myself, my body, and my life. i replaced self-doubt, fear, and comparison with love, confidence, and power.
i hope my story inspires others and shows you that it’s all possible. if you’re struggling with weight, pcos, or self-concept, know that your mindset and assumptions matter more than diets, workouts, or medications. i am still losing more and more, and i will continue to update my progress. the weight is coming off easier than ever, and the best part is, i’m loving myself fully everyday, and i fucking LOVE staring at myself in the mirror.
remember that your assumptions shape your reality. choose them wisely, trust in your power, and know it is already done. keep deciding no matter what!!!!
