I have never seen a single Iranian ask the world to ban or boycott Iran’s soccer team from international games, even though Iran is considered a violator of women’s and human rights. The incident of Mahsa Amini was the recent one. The Iranians, without any exception, support their team, even when they played against the USA in the World Cup.

I don’t know what happens to us Afghans; I can see some people here and there asking England to boycott a cricket match against Afghanistan in the Champions Trophy.

Can we Afghans learn from Iranians?
