@katewaugh @The_Oodie Mine still hasn’t been dispatched, 5 weeks after ordering! They reckon they forget to put address labels on a whole batch of orders, hence the delay. I know of others who ordered after me who’ve had their orders though. Appalling customer service

@The_Oodie But seriously, how can you print off a whole pile of address labels, then forget to attach them to a pile of orders?!! That’s what’s happened and causing the massive backlog. Still waiting for mine to be sent out after ordering on 8th Nov. Newer orders fulfilled and dispatched
