this is a fantastic resource for how to call someone in vs. call them out. ive found that in many cases, calling someone in to have a conversation leads to learning and understanding. it takes energy and labor and isnt always justified, but imo this is an easy way to be an allyโ
On Saturday, November 4, I will stream a video game for 24 hours in order to raise money for The Benioff Children's Hospital in Oakland, CA, through the Children's Miracle Network. I'm more than halfway to my goal. Please help. https://t.co/nYDj08lt2O
@r0wdy_ same, and iโve also interviewed at least a hundred candidates for tpms and secengs in ir, intel, grc, appsec. if theyโve already passed a phone screen i donโt even look at the resume most of the time ๐
Okay I know there are a lot worse things about technology but: I hate the fact you canโt block users on Spotify (as far as I know).
Like, do I really need my ex(es) to see what Iโm listening to?
And yes, thereโs a โprivate modeโ but it shouldnโt be all or nothing
@TheSigularity @CircuitSwan definitely not, not in the slightest. i had half my head shaved for 7 yrs, burgundy for 2, now purple for 3. im a senior member of my team and present to directors/VPs regularly; in my previous role i often worked with VPs and CEOs. (old pic, iโve grown the side in during covid)
@CircuitSwan hmm now iโm wondering what active ingredients are in your toner. for oily skin it should be BHA. hyaluronic acid and AHA are primarily for dry skin
@CircuitSwan thanks :) i have a few ideas to consider in addition to using less: 1 might be a good idea to try a gel moisturizer before/instead, itโs not as thick. 2 waiting for the toner to air dry
