Is it just me, or since @amazon bought @onemedical the customer service has gone WAY DOWNHILL?! Used to love the quick turnaround to in-app messages, friendly phone agents... seems to have disappeared!

Suck less @AmericanAir I’ve had 7 flights canceled since February, @HendersonKaya — I feel your pain!! And questioning why I keep my Executive Platinum status vs going back to @Delta 🤷🏽‍♀️

@SearsHomeExpert @FirstAmWarranty @DCAttorneyGen @searscares Ah, you're not really assisting anywhere... Agent told me that technicians are told to forge customer signatures. I've reported the matter to local authorities.

Wish @DCAttorneyGen would look into @SearsHomeExpert and @FirstAmWarranty. @searscares said the technician was at my home, but never came. Forged my signature on repair documents. And, cannot get a hold of anyone that is US-based to speak to about this.

@SearsHomeExpert Can't, b'c you have to be 'verified' with twitter and I am not paying for this service. I'd just like your technicians not to forge my signature or lie about coming to my property. Even better, I'd LOVE a way to speak to someone in the US! Please post a phone number! It's so easy

Sometimes I think the customer service strategy of @first_warranty is to just keep putting you on hold until you hang up. No way to run a business... Should be reported to @DCAttorneyGen for malpractice and taking money without providing the services contracted. 🤯

Heard @laurameckler on @nprfreshair @ Shaker Heights. She noted an interaction between a black boy + a white girl. Assumed the black boy was not a good student and the white girl was. AND made it seem like that was *always true* in Shaker (everywhere?). Do better. #teachthebabies
