We are a patient-driven organization, dedicated to improving the life expectancy & quality of life for ALK-positive cancer patients worldwide. #StrongerTogether
#ASCO2026 reinforced what’s possible when patients are part of the process. We connected with researchers, industry partners, and advocates, discussed emerging ALK+ cancer data, and helped shape future studies. We leave with new ideas, new partnerships, and renewed determination.
🚀 June is ALK-positive Awareness Month and #FuelTheCure is LIVE.
$650,000 goal. $60,000 raised. Every gift matched right now.
We are not just funding research. We are fueling the future.

@ALKPositiveinc Thank you for amplifying my post! It’s a really important message for oncologists as well. I see far too many of my colleagues pushing for 100mg no matter what it’s doing to the patient.
As impressive as lorlatinib is in the treatment of ALK+ NSCLC, there’s still room for improvement. Neladalkib can still produce a fair number of responses, including in the brain, post-lorlatinib. Attention patients, this drug can be accessed via an EAP! @ALKPositiveinc#ASCO2026
Dose-reduced lorlatinib (50mg or 75mg) works just as well as full-dose lorlatinib (100mg). Don’t be afraid to reduce the dose (or even start at a lower dose) if patients are struggling with or worried about toxicity! @ALKPositiveinc#ASCO2026
Dr. @TonyMok9 at #ASCO26 presents update on CROWN in ALK+ NSCLC. After 7y, median PFS with lorlatinib still not reached. Between years 5 and 7, only 4 progression events occurred. Unusual but fantastic to see such a tail with targeted therapy - this is truly raising the bar.
7yr CROWN update of 1L lorlatinib
55% progression-free at 7 YEARS.
Median PFS STILL not reached.
In metastatic solid tumors, this is essentially unheard of. Let that sink in.
And hopefully, one day, this becomes the standard (or even better) for ALL metastatic cancers.#ASCO26
Our ALK Positive crew is rapt as the ALK lung cancer presentations kick off on this opening day of #ASCO26. Thank you Dr @TonyMok9 for presenting the latest 7 year CROWN data.
🔬 ALK Positive is heading to #ASCO26 in Chicago! Excited to learn from the latest ALK-positive lung cancer research, connect with the oncology community, and continue advocating for patients and families. If you’re attending, we hope to see you there! 👋
